REBUILD
Rebuild program is a combination of the previous two programs as well as blight elimination, community beautification, and neighborhood stabilization plan.· Get youth engaged in cleaning up blight· Get ex-offenders, members of community to engage in eliminating blight· Provide job skills training of how to do so· Get the community engaged in eliminating blight and thinking of ways to beautify the neighborhood· Provide incentives for participants
REFINE
Refine program will focus on mentoring and teaching life skills to all at risk youth. The 3r’s identify risk factors as places, thoughts, behaviors, feelings or memories that could make them likely to engage in negative or deviant behavior.· Mentorship· Life skills building· Anger n stress management· Personal empowerment· Extracurricular activities· Incentives for participants that complete program.
REFORM
Reform program is to reduce the factors that influence criminal behavior and the return of former deviant behaviors through viable services.· Provide support starting from building personal relationships while incarcerated or during probation/parole period.· Spiritual/moral guidance· Life skills, mentoring· Job skills training, entrepreneurship programs· Provide shelter for those who may need and qualify
